This website and the payment form constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.


If your payment is successful, you will receive an automatic email confirmation to the email address you specified when placing your order detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email please contact [email protected] or contact the appropriate Event Manager associated with the event.

Full payment for event ticket sales is require at point of purchase to secure all ticket bookings.

Award Entries

If your payment is successful, you will receive an automatic email confirmation to the email address you specified when placing your entry detailing your purchase. You will be redirected back to the appropriate awards website when the transaction is complete.

Full payment for award entries is required by the date and time of the entry deadline, should payment not be received by this time, it could result in your entry being removed.

Force Majeure

Don’t Panic will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party.

Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, collapse of buildings, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.

If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, any entries, tickets or sponsorship bookings will be transferred to the re-scheduled event later to the new date. Should a physical event not be possible due to causes out of our control, this may be transferred to a virtual online event.

Cancellations & Changes to Bookings

Cancellations are permitted 28 days or more in advance of any event. Don’t Panic Project Ltd regrets that no cancellations are acceptable after 28 days prior to the event date, and therefore no refunds are payable after this point. However a substitute delegate or guest can be nominated in replacement.

All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to [email protected].

After the programme of the event is announced, Don’t Panic Projects Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and once the changes have been made, we will inform all the delegates / guests.

Where circumstances force cancellation of the event in its entirety, Don’t Panic Projects Ltd will offer a full refund to each paying delegate / guest within 14 days of the cancellation.

Refreshments & Lunch

Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration / guest fee. We can suggest suitable hotels within the vicinity. Please click here to use our accommodation service.


Refreshments may be included in the ticket price/registration – see individual event website for further details. Where lunch is provided there will be a vegetarian option. If you have any other specific dietary requirements or would like to discuss options in further detail, please contact us at the time of booking.


Event dependent, most award ceremonies include a two or three dinner course option. Please be advised that if you do not inform the appropriate Event Manager of any dietary requirements or order a vegetarian meal in advance of the event, you will be given the standard non-vegetarian meal options. All dietary requirements should be sent to the event manager with guest names by the appropriate deadline stated in the guest briefing document.


Views expressed by speakers are their own. Don’t Panic Projects Ltd disclaim any liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.

Filming & Photography

There may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Attendees consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. Photographs taken at the event are the intellectual property of Don’t Panic and its event partners, and will be such used in promotion and marketing post event.


All trophies are inspected prior to the awards ceremony. Once these trophies have been handed over, you are responsible for the trophy from thereon. Don’t Panic Projects Ltd will not cover the cost of a replacement that has been lost or due to damages during or post award ceremony.
