The position of Sales Resourcer will play a fundamental role in supporting the new business strategy and therefore the growth of Don’t Panic via new business wins.
Reporting to the MD, the Sales Resourcer is responsible for making appointments for the Sales Director / Managing Director within large businesses and the corporate sector to secure new events.
Key responsibilities include researching, identifying and targeting appropriate prospects, arranging new business appointments, support with writing proposals, pitching and winning new business and performing to pre-agreed targets. In addition, this person will be responsible for spotting opportunities for new events and new markets and attending events and other key digital marketing events to network, make new connections and build relationships.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person with 3+ years sales experience in an event or media sales environment with proven appointment making / sales skills. High level of written and verbal communication skills are essential.
