ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT DON’T PANIC EVENTS
We have a new exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our sales team.
Rawtenstall based – Hybrid working (2 office days per week)
Permanent role Monday – Friday
£22,000 – £26,000 per year dependent on experience & open-ended commission
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
As our Account Executive, you should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage key accounts and build relationships with clients and customers.
With a strong focus on inbound and outbound B2B telephone calls to increase awards entries and sell event tickets, this is a varied role for someone with strong organisational skills, that’s able to work on several projects at any one time.

· Someone who’s meticulous with figures and target driven – you’ll need to know your pipeline and you’ll be on the ball with payments and invoicing
· Someone who’s willing to be flexible with working hours – we run events internationally, so occasionally you’ll be making calls across different timezones
· Someone who’s determined, optimistic and able to work in a fast-paced and lively office

· Someone who can get to & from our office in Rawtenstall
WHAT DO WE NEED?
· A positive attitude and high levels of personal motivation
· +2 years’ experience in an account management, sales or customer service role
· The ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong relationships
· Effective time management skills
· Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to multitask across numerous complex projects
· Previous experience of HubSpot or similar – or a keen willingness to learn
· The ability to work effectively with the wider Don’t Panic team
· Ability to develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that resulting in stable, consistent, reliable and courteous communications with all parties
